In your birth-chart, Sun/Ravi is the 8th lord of Randra-Sthana, placed very strongly in his Swasthana. So, it is but natural for you to wear pride on your sleeve and/or to be egoistic in nature. But then, it does not help for you to be so in the current circumstance.
In any case, it does look like the current situation is only the start of a slightly long drawn testing/trying time… for things seem to look a little challenging a couple of years down the lane.
That said, the option to bow-down and seek divine grace exists.
