To some extent the criteria is fulfilled. So there would be chances for imprisonment in this Moon dasa Mercury bhukti which is from 28-3-2025 to 27-8-2026. There would be tensions in the period from 27-9-2025 to 11-10-2025.
Your lagna sub lord Mars is the lord of 3rd house (negotiations) and 10th house (reputation, social status). Mars is in 2nd house.
