Of course 9th house is a badhaka starna to Scorpio, and Venus is the lord of 7th and 12th houses. 7th is death giving house also. But Venus is signifying Ketu conjoined with 3rd house lord Saturn. So you have longevity. Mars is in 8th house from lagna but is in a watery sign. So effect of Kuja dosha will not be there.
In her chart Mars is in Virgo which is an enemy camp. So kuja dosha is not effective. There are feeble chances to marry her.
