As per given birth-details, you seem to have started 2nd & 5th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha (as per Vimsottari Dasha system). He is Vakra/Retrograde, while being placed in the 4th house of Homely Comforts and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Purva-Badhrapada nakshatra ruled by himself. He has activated his depositors Saturn/Shani-dev, Rahu and Mars/Kuja… so, life in general and at work place might have been a bit of a grind.
Further, I’m inclined to think craving for pleasure, luxurious life, vices (if any), demanding wife/family (along with some irritation at home) and expenses could have driven you to your current fiscal situation. Chances of overseas job/settlement are limited – it’s seems to be a pipe-dream and actually seem to be non-existent.
