Yes, it does look like you are a Manglik and a strong one at that, with Moon/Chandra and Mars/Kuja closely conjunct in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana or House of Relationships (more particularly Spousal Relationship and aspecting Udaya Lagna or Ascendent.
If you marry a non-Manglik, you’ll probably end up giving a lot of grief. If the individual is smart and capable, he will give up on you and scoot or bailout of the relationship, at the first opportunity. Alternately, if you marry a Mangalik (based on comparative strength), he will give as much as he can take and you can might have a much more sustainable but less pleasant relationship.
Given the situation, it would make more sense for you to reflect back on yourself… before thinking and/or dreaming of the other.
