Lagna lord Sun and 7th (and 6th) lord Saturn are in their respective houses. Saturn is retrograde. The 12th lord Moon is also in Lagna. The mutual opposition of Saturn and Moon causes Punarpoo dosha which brings in delays in marriages etc. Recitation of Maha Mrityunjaya Stotra daily and Jalabhishek to Lord Shiva are two simple remedies for this dosha nivarana.
