I am truly thankful to you for guiding me and showing me my favorable period of buying house. I purchased my house . I got my keys on 15th december. I started processing (put offer for house ) november 11th and it took 1 month to finish loan processing and all. Surprisingly , I got good house which is fixer upper but it is price correctly which remove my fear of loosing money and also this time i put my kids and their interest first rather then loosing money. I put god first and leave everything in his hand.
but yes i bought my first house near by within 2-3 mile radius and so far we are happy.
I truly appreciate your guidance and knowledge..
