Ketu is too close to Venus/Shukra for comfort. In fact, they engage in a Graha Yudha or Planetary war…further, Both Venus/Shukra and Ketu have below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha Varga and Ketu does not seem to in the best of moods. Ketu seems to have an undeniable influence in the unfolding of Karma in the native’s life (apart from Venus/Shukra, he is conjunct Jupiter/Guru-dev and Moon/Chandra. Current Maha-Dasha lord Sun/Ravi is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Magha Nakshatra ruled by Ketu has kept him activated). Moon/Chandra seems to be strongly placed in his Swasthana…making the boy a bit of a stubborn character. But then, he is placed close to Mrityu Bhaga, indicating some weakness. Boy being Manglik (and hence prone to anger/temper) is not helping his cause either…
In my humble opinion, Ketu seems to be the root-cause of and blocking issue. It would perhaps make sense to consider appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedies (to appease Ketu and strengthen Venus/Shukra), with a strong Sankalpa.
