I’d request you to kindly double check and confirm given birth-details are accurate – specially the time of birth, AM/PM etc. This is a critical need.
In any case, placement of Mercury/Budha very close to Saturn/Shani-dev would probably have delayed communication, specially so in the current Maha-Dasha of Saturn/Shani-dev (as per Vimsottari Dasha system). Moon/Chandra being closely conjunct Mars/Kuja in the Lunar Constellation of Uttara-Bhadrapada is not a good sign – it’s an indication of inherent anger/temper issues.
Lastly, peak Sade-Sathi or current transit of Saturn/Shani-dev across natal placement of Moon/Chandra (and Mars/Kuja) would be making things a bit more acute – both on the child and immediate family.
