The delay in marriage is obvious. .It would perhaps make sense to provide some background, gender etc., to help set the context. Incidentally, there seem to be multiple weaknesses as per the birth-chart… including anger/temper issues and being Mangalik.
Assuming birth-details are accurate, I’m inclined to think there might be a continued or inordinate delay – although marriage is not completely denied, as long as the native and well-wishers are flexible in their expectations, ready for unconventional alliance and don’t give up.
