Ideally, it would make sense for you (all folk) to provide relevant background information to set the context and be realistic in your expectations while posting a query, specially so in your case, for you will be 46 years in the next few weeks and wanting to know of possibilities for Government or Permanent job.
To me, at this point in time, it looks like landing a Government or Permanent job is a wish, an aspiration and/or perhaps a fantasy you’ve been entertaining. In my humble opinion, the chances seem to be limited. Just so you are aware, you have severe anger/temper issues and have challenges with your mind often running wild. It also looks like you might have very limited friends and social life. If true, it is not really helping your cause.
On the sidelines, you’ve recently started Maha-Dasha of Rahu who does not seem to be beneficially inclined and hence your thoughts. Ideally, it is suggested in such cases to offer special prayers (like Sandhi Shanti Homa/Havan and Nithya Puja / daily prayers or regular chanting of simple mantras) to appease Rahu.
