The reason for delay is your 7th cusp sub lord Sun is in 6th house. Sun is the lord of 7th (marriage) also. He is in detriment house and Sun is signifying Mercury in 6th house. It may be in Leo sign, but it is signifying 6th house.
Venus is signifying Moon in 10th house (status quo) and Jupiter (lord of 2nd and 11th house) in 8th house (tensions). As 2nd and 11th house significations are there Venus gives you marriage.
I presume that marriage would be in the period 05-10-2026 to 28-2-2027.
