First of all please note that a Rasi is different from a House. When zodiac (360°) is divided into twelve equal parts, it gives Rasi which has 30°. It helps to assess the strength of a planet. Suppose if a asthama patient is taken to OOTY or other hill station he will suffer. Likewise a planet suffers of gains strength basing on the place or Rasi. A house is an imaginary division around the earth which gives us the matters like marriage, job, children etc. The planets stay in the rasis and emit their rays to the earth through the houses. Then the native enjoys the results.
In your case Rahu and Venus are behind the 7th cusp (starting point of 7th house) and are deemed to be in 6th house which is detrimental to marriage. So Venus and Rahu can not give you marriage. There are chances of troubles in fixation of marriage. But it would be in Saturn bhukti which is from 01-07-2027 to 30.01.2029.
