Your child has Scorpio lagna. Lagna lord Mars is conjoined with Sun in 12th house. 8th lord Mercury is in 12 house. These are all minus points to her. Her lagna is weak.
2nd cusp (speech, right eye) and 8th cusp (defect) sub lord is Mercury. Mercury is in 12th house. But the 12th cusp sub lord Sun controls and Sun is signifying 5th house. So it would give a bit of positive hope.
3rd and 9th cusp (communicative ability) sub lord is Jupiter is signifying 11th, 10th and 2nd. So it is also a good hope. Saturn is in 3rd house and signifying 12th house. So there would be delay in her speech and recognition.
So considering all these, Moon dasa which starts from 6-12-2027 would give her slow improvement. I can not say that she will recover fully.
Only planet Jupiter is to some extent favourble. So pray to Lord Narasimha to give her relief.
