As called out previously, there are affliction (starting with Pitru Dosha) in the birth-chart indicating some difficulties and not so easy/rosy life. Further, there is a strong foot-print and undeniable influence of Ketu in the unfolding of Karma in your life as also inordinate delay (tending towards denial, with hardly any support/help from family or friends. There seems to be a small window of opportunity that will need focused initiatives on a war-footing, It also calls for you to be flexible/reasonable in your expectations and be open to unconventional alliances, after propitiating Ketu, who seems to have effectively blocked the fulfillment of this event) in marriage.
