In my humble opinion, the gentleman is also a Manglik…more importantly, seems have a anger/temper issue and perhaps to the extent of not being himself, whenever he gets triggered. Further, he is slowly inching towards the fag-end of a not so pleasant Rahu Maha-Dasha. So, he probably has little to be proud of in terms of accomplishments in the last 13 years – to mention Moon/Chandra his 2nd lord of Wealth Accumulation and Family Expansion being uncomfortably placed in the 8th house of Ashtama-Sthana. I’m also inclined to think he has had challenges with stable work/career… and a strong Pitru Dosha is not helping his cause.
All said and done, it looks like you have your own fair share of afflictions too. Given the situation, all I’d suggest is that you take a well-informed decision without jumping to conclusion in haste.
PS: It looks like he has the possibility of falling in love and the relationship materializing into something meaningful. I don’t seem to see the same in your birth-chart. So, your case seems to be more of convenience. As always, feel free to ignore that is not to your taste or liking.
