To my mind it does not exist in normal human beings. May be there are divine beings floating around us who might sometimes interfere in our activities physically or mentally and save us from troubles. We now know that time travel is possible. See the film “About Time” or “Its a wonderful life”. Astrologers are definitely not clairvoyant, I can vouch for that.
