  Very good chances are there to get a good job with good return towards end of 2020 or the first quarter of 2021. May be you will get a job in a PSU.

  Your Sun is not very powerful and there is only little chance to get through UPSC exams. However you can write for the exam and let us see the result. If you can get through, I will be the happiest.
