Birth-details seem to place Udaya Lagna or Ascendent in Mithuna/Gemini Rashi, along Ketu-Rahu axis and Moon/Chandra alongside Vakra or Retrograde Saturn/Shani-dev in Makara/Capricorn Rashi. He is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Shravana Nakshatra, ruled by Moon/Chandra himself. So, technically you are still in the last phase of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.
Rewinding a little bit, it looks like Rahu did well to get you on the EEE stream and having making you get onto your Masters, during his challenging Maha-Dasha. Thereafter, you got started with Sade-Sathi.
All said and done, you are currently in the midst of Jupiter/Guru-dev’s Maha-Dasha. He is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the 3rd house of Courage and Pro-active initiatives. Further, he is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Magha Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu. Incidentally, you will soon start the last leg of Saturn/Shani-dev’s Antara and thereafter start Antara of Lagna Lord Mercury/Budha… who is also placed in the 3rd house and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Magha Nakshatra, ruled again by Ketu. Technically, upcoming Antara is a Raja-Yoga period. For the record, they are way too close and seem to engage in Graha Yudha or Planetary war. Further, there seem to a very strong footprint and undeniable influence of Ketu… who might be driving a wedge in relationships, perhaps making you a bit detached with your siblings and immediate family members as well.
As for your query, I would be a bit skeptical with regards to your chances landing a good Government job that is commensurate of your qualification. In any case, it would perhaps make sense to understand a bit of your background, to validate the impact of Desha-Kaala-Patra, in the unfolding of Karma in your life.
In any case, it would make sense for you to consider propitiating Ketu, by offering special prayers on a regular/daily basis to Lord Ganesha, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong sankalpa. Doing so would open doors to better options/possibilities and opportunities.
