I am preparing for UPSC CSE since last one year but i am not able to dedicate myself to the preparation. Somehow whenever i try to focus such situation arises in my life that i am not able to focus on my preparation
Why is it happening and when will i be able to crack the exam and land a handsome job.
I am okay if the things are in my favour or against i just need honest opinion. If not UPSC then please guide me if i will be able to crack linked exams or not.

But Sir acc to my lagna chart Moon is in 4th house and Rahu in 11th and Saturn in 10th house. Please correct me if i am wrong

In astrology houses and signs are different. Signs are the equal divisions in the zodiac. Houses are the imaginative divisions as done by Placidus system in KP, Sripathi system in Vedic astrology. Houses give us the required matters.
In your case Moon is in the 3rd house which is a 4th sign.In 4th sign Scorpio 4th house started at 25°43’42” whereas Moon is in 16°29’27’. It means that Moon is in 3rd house, but in 4th sign from 1st house not from Aries. Moon gives 3rd house matters only with the capacity of sitting in 4th sign. 4th sign is Scorpio which is a watery sign. It gives you envious nature apart from imagination and intelligence.
Likewise other planets you asked me. Saturn is the lord of 6th house and is in 9th house in 10th sign. Observe the degrees of Saturn and 10th house. It is behind 10th house.
You youngsters are not reading astrology, but going through computer softwares, mislead by them and asking these questions. Good. Please learn astrology through good books.

I am so sorry sir but as i consulted before from other astrologers they told me the same placements which i told you. I wasnt aware of the fact that you told me today. I am very obliged that you gave the right insight. Thanks for correcting me and giving the right guidance. I will be highly obliged if you can point out any future shortcomings or events which i should be aware of so that i can take the right steps to go through it.
