Male chart, am educated and into health allied career. I want to know when I will get next promotion or growth in my career and get hike in my salary. Since 2008 I am working in same grade and no hike. My juniors are promoted and got hike and they are now my seniors. Am very desp. I am also trying for another job due to this issue, is this a better choice.
