Sun, Saturn and Venus are quite powerful in your horoscope. The first and fourth through nineth houses are also potent. So it is quite possible for you to get into civil services or somewhere similar. However your career house is slightly marred with lack of job satisfaction and you should be prepared for that. Due to political interference most of the civil service guys are not that very happy. So start preparing right now.
