My date of birth-19/11/1936 , time night 12-30, place Bangalore city northern region.I own a self-earned house in Bangalore.As I am getting older by the day I want to GIFT this house to my wife,daughter( dob-25/03/1965 , 12-30 p.m. Bangalore) [staying in Bangalore with husband and a daughter] and son( 11/10/1966, night03-30 , Bangalore) [staying in Mysore with wife and a son and a daughter] by a Gift deed and entrust the upkeep of the house to my daughter and son in law. Then change my residence to Mysore city where 4 generations of my forefathers resided [no ancestral property]. I am in a dilemma. Please guide me – whether the planets are favorable and can I succeed in implementing my plan.
