The horoscope shows that the lagna is Libra and Rashi is Scorpio. Moon rules the 10th house which is the house of profession and career as Cancer sign is there. Moon is debilitated in the second house of finance. This is not good as it means that he will get returns on the career front less than his capabilities and expectation. Lagan lord Venus, Rahu and 12th lord Mercury are in the 10th house which means that he has a good horoscope to stay abroad and it does promise success. However he can move places due to Rahu as it will not him stick at one place.
