There are two things which are delaying marriage in your horoscope. I presume this is a female horoscope. First conjunction of Jupiter and Rahu which is known as Guru Chandal dosha, and second is bad placement and weak 7th house lord Mercury. Mercury is combust and placed in the 12th house.
