Dear sir,
I had been fo,lowing astrology for quite long time and most my readings have come correct. However the recent happening are quite surprising given that mars is a yoga karaka planet and placed in 7th house (parivarthanaq yoga with Saturn (in scarpio) aspected by Sun & Jupiter. This maha dasha started in sept 2013 and not giving results as expected, request your advise.

Ascendant: Leo
Mahadasha running: Mars (commenced from Sept 2013).Like to know the future with regard to Career, finance & Health.

I agree with you that for Leo ascendant Mars is a Yoga karka planet. However as Mars is more than 29 degrees it is in old age. There is an exchange with house of Saturn so that is ok. But our shastras suggest that for Leo ascendant being a fixed sign , the 9th lord becomes a Badhaka planet. In this case despite Mars being a Yogakarka planet it is a Badhaka planet in your horoscope and will only give neutral results.
