Hi,
Considering birth-date to be 4th November, you seem to be in the midst of Lagna Lord Mercury/Budha Maha-Dasha. He is too close to Sun/Ravi for comfort. He seems to engage in a Planetary War or Graha Yudhak and seems to have gotten torched, indicating some inherent Physiological weakness. Both are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Swathi Nakshatra, ruled by Rahu… making the diagnosis a bit tricky.
Further, Antara lord Venus/Shukra ruling 5th and 12th houses is placed in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana (along with nasty Roga-Karaka Mars/Kuja – both are posited in the Lunar Constellation of Anuradha Nakshatra, ruled by Saturn/Shani-dev… indicating the possibility of something long-term or chronic in nature), is neither happy nor comfortable being placed there – not to mention he is placed close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees, triggering health related issues and giving you death like pain.
Incidentally, Naisargika Aarogya-Karaka or Natural Signifier Sun/Ravi has very low Shadbala nor Vimsopaka Bala is not a good sign.
Given the situation, kindly consider propitiating afflicted planets. It would perhaps help to validate symptoms, diagnosis and line of treatment.

Hi,
Assuming accuracy of birth-details, you are in the midst of Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha (from 2021), placed in the 7th house. You seem to have recently started Antara of Lagna Lord Mercury/Budha, placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana. Incidentally, both of them have triggered nasty Roga-Karaka Mars/Kuja (Saturn/Shani-dev is hosting Mars/Kuja in the Lunar Constellation of Anuradha Nakshatra and Mercury/Budha is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Dhanista Nakshatra), who is strongly placed in his Swasthana in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana. So, naturally you are having some health issues… and perhaps something to do with bones and possibly chronic in nature.
To make matters worse, you are going through 2nd round of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra. This is perhaps induced more of unwanted stress and anxiety. Adding on to the situation is Ketu… who has also been activated by Saturn/Shani-dev, making you shy away from company or social life. The situation at home has not helped your cause either.
Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea for you to consider suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.
