We have been trying to book a flat or construct house in already purchased land from past 6 months but nothing is materialising yet due to limited areas options coz of son’s school .
Can you pls help us in suggesting if this year is favourable to do.
We have been searching many but something or the other is not workin out.

As per the horoscope of your husband he is in the main period of Mercury and sub period of Jupiter. Jupiter presently is in the 4th house as per his transit chart of 2023. Jupiter then moves into 5th house of investment in April 2023. This is a strong period for him and property gains are indicated in this period. As his Shani sade satti period is also going on , Shani Sade satti is not a good period. Saturn is the karka for land and property. Doing the Saturn remedies will help in his effort.
