as per details given by your currenty in rahu sub period till dec 2020

rahu is linking with mars and 6th house , hence there is probablity to pass the comptitive exam for higher studies

further in period there after is of guru from dec 2020 for 3 years.

that period will also be suitable but probably you will have to struggle.

period upto april 2021 is astrolgically sound for higher studie

but during current period off raahu till dec there can be some associateed problmes with hugher studies, but there are chances of sucess in exam but as is rahu requires good planning and preparation.
