When will I get a better job? I work with funding agency of japan in india.

I have applied for a fellowship for which deadline is Nov 1 and the 11 week program is from sept- Oct 2023. Will I get the fellowship at Oxford university as it is competitive in nature and only 12 from many will be selected.
