Hi Sir,

The below are my birth details:

DOB: 27/11/1984

TOB: 5:55 AM

POB: Farrukhabad UP

I want to ask question about my job. I have been in my current job since 2011 in IT in the same organization. Initially I got a good growth and appreciation in this job. However, for 7 years now I don’t feel the same way. I got my last promotion in AUG-SEP 2017. Though I get some increase in my salary every year, I have not been promoted since then. And its not at par with my other colleagues. Being a mother of hyperactive toddler, its difficult for me to prepare for the interview and get a new job without investing huge effort/time.

Please advise me, whether I should continue with the current job or prepare for a new job or start something of my own(Salon franchise I am thinking of).

Also, please advise some remedies to reduce my expenses as its a big problem while planning my retirement.
