Hi, I am currently working in HR. started this post my maternity break 3 years back.
Last one year was good in terms of the money & career growth BUT it seems to have stagnated in past 3 months.
I wanted to know if i have any good future prospects in the current co or should i change job?
Also if i can move overseas & if that will be good for me?
