According to one school of thought,Rahu exalts in vrishabha.
KUja seeing rahu confers dhana yoga,but not kubera yoga.
For Kubera yoga,there should be relationship between 2nd,11th
and 5th lords.

I read the link which you pasted in your message.The author did not give any example.
Some authors cited Aishwarya rai,having billions.Her horoscope is having
some powerful points,otherwise.
The author you quoted did not give any example horoscopes.
Further ,the same author said (in the link you cited),that rahu in 6th makes
a person a lord with many subordinates.It cant be true.
The author ,you quoted ,is not correct.
He did not give any examples charts.So,he could not be relied.
