Been having some family issues recently and would like to know what is happening. Would like to see if there is any remedies. And is it also possible to find out my kula deivam?

I can not say your family deity through KP method. Only thing I try to say is :
For mantra stana we see for 5th house. 5th cusp sub lord is Moon in 1st house, Pisces (a watery sign). Moon is in the star of Mercury in 10th house (reputation), Sagittarius sign (a fiery sign). Moon is in the sub of Saturn in 7th house (airy sign). Saturn is the lord of 11th house (success) and 12th house(success through psychic research). So I assume that if you pray a Goddess, connected with Vishnu, who is in black color and with Sakti will give you good results. You approach a guru for initiation of mantra to such a deity and attain success.
Your 1st cusp sub lord is Saturn in 7th house(with whom you deal, life partner). Saturn is in the star of Rahu in 3rd house (communicatons, travels) and sub of Jupiter in 8th house (tensions, disturbances). Jupiter is in Ketu star in 9th house (negotiations with other persons). So blending all these, we get that with whomever you communicate, it will create unnecessary tensions. You may be right, but that person may be your wife also, takes into negative sense. Sometimes you may get troubles, meet minor accidental events in your journeys.
Your present dasa is of Moon which began on 28-6-2016 and ends on 28-6-2026. So you have to face the same as I explained above. You will come out successfully.
