If we draw charts of the girl by 10:30PM, the girl is Manglik but it get cancelled as Jupiter ki Drishti is on Mars and also Sun becomes the lagnesh.

If we draw charts of the girl by 11:00PM, the girl is not Manglik and the lagnesh Budh becomes lagnesh, but a guru chandal yog becomes in this case, but degree of Rahu is very less 1.57 so it seems Rahu would not be much effective.
