Looking at your vedic chart we see that you are Cancer rising and exalted Sun in 10th house. Exalted Mars in the 7th house of marriage along with Moon. Marriage delays and obstacles are there as 7th lord Saturn is in the 6th house. Marriage period is strong from August 2022.
