Yoni matching in its self is not a major issue. Yoni is basically the sexual compatibility of the couple. Not to say that Sexual compatibility is not important, but saying that if only Yoni is not compatible then it can be ignored. If other doshas are there which are of malefic nature life Nadi dosha, Bhakoot, Mangala or Kuja dosha, Rajju , Naga dosham then marriage should not be considered.
