Hi,

I moved to a new company 7 years ago leaving my old company were I worked for more than 10 years.  But after starting my work in the new company I started realizing how good things were in the old company i worked comparing to the new place where i feel like I am trapped.  Now i have got an offer from my old company I and would like to join them again but can you tell me how things will be in the old company if I join them.
