Twin 2-8:41am
are still speaking unclear one words , mostly communticating through sign language. I am taking them to Speech Therapy but very worried as to when they shall speak clearly and fluently . Pls Guide me. Pranaam

There are too many problems in their horoscope. If you have family friends in Mumbai or abroad, take them there for a couple of years and there could be some improvement if transit horoscopes are better there.
