Hello, I am hoping for some good advise for my problems.
I am from Bangalore, Karnataka and my date of birth is 26th December 1990 at 5:40 AM. I got married last year May 5th 2024 and her DOB is 4th August 1994 at 12:20 AM (I am not sure about her place of birth but its definitely not Bangalore and its inside Karnataka). There are lot of problems happened and I have went through worst phases of my life after my marriage. I have filed for divorce as it went for the situation where I decided we cannot live together. I want to know when divorce will happen?

Violence is the major issue
After marrying her you started to had trobuled relations with your maternal side of family also got cheated in property related deal with friend like brother which was on a loan/ finance, due to which you had lots of mental tension.
After marriage had lots of ego struggle as she tried to take control of your lots of bank accounts money and also become a valid partner in your inherited property and salary also made sure you had a common bank account which right she held.
As you were spending a lot of money on education and building a school for children also during your marriage your father was not happy and kind of absent. And you had verbal exchange over past issues with a close friend.

Request you to kindly bear with me and feel free to ignore anything that is not to your taste or liking, in my response (see below) to your query.
In my humble opinion, you seem to be somebody who is hot headed and short-tempered. Moon/Chandra seems to be adrift, with limited support on either side of the flanks, making you a bit indecisive, lonesome with limited friends and social life. You are currently in the midst of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra. So, the next couple of years are going to be a bit tense, trying/testing and stressful. For the records, upcoming Antara lords Mercury/Budha and Ketu (as also Rahu) have below par Vimsopaka Bala and their time-periods will be a bit challenging… with an over bearing influence of Ketu.
Anyways, it does looks like you are destined to get separated (mostly based on afflictions in your birth-chart). As for your wife’s birth-chart, unless I’m missing something very obvious, I think her birth-chart has fewer afflictions… although Lagna Lord Mars/Kuja and 9th lord being close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees is a cause for concern. So, the time-period from mid-2026 to mid-2027 will be a critical.
If I were to take the liberty, I think you would do well to reconsider your decision and accept her the way she is.
