      Hi !

      Is this person ever get married/get into a relationship? The 7th house lord is practically oblitarated..Devoid of benefic aspect and power.

      Yes you are correct, 7th lord Moon is in the 11th house, not a good place for it to be and debilitated. Debilitated Moon is also conjoined with Rahu (North Node). Relationship and marriage stability is not there in the horoscope.
