Question : I have been appearing for UPSC CSE since 2021 but have not been able to clear it. Will I be able to clear this exam and join the Indian Foreign Service ?

Hi,
In my humble opinion, there are very limited, little or no chances of you clearly the said exam and joining Foreign Service.
So, kindly let me/us know what made you consider UPSE CSE. In other words, I’d like to know what might be the driver for such an aspiration, in terms of background, capability etc.

Hi,
Just so you are aware, you are still in the last phase of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra.
On the sidelines, you are also in the midst of Rahu Maha-Dasha, who might be setting up smoke-screens or illusions for you to chase mirages. Yogakaraka Venus/Shukra is not happy or comfortable being placed in the 6th house of Service either.
