Your horoscope 7th house is ruled by Saturn and 7th lord Dasha is about to start as you say. Rahu and Ketu asix falling in the 7th house is not good. The period of Saturn mahadahsa is for 19 years which is a very long period in ones life. However Saturn ruling the 7th and the 8th house and its period starting is not very favourable. Challenges on the marriage and health front will be there during this period.
