PLACE= MUKERIAN(HOSHIARPUR)PUNJAB

I started building my house in 2012 . my wife died during construction on 04 MAY 2013 in a road accident
Someone told me that it is due to Saturn effect, and that is due to your activity about renovation/construction of house .Sir my house is still incomplete,i am fearing to complete it that any harm may occur to me or my family in future Please suggest me good/favourable time period to complete my house construction.

First of all your wife did not pass away because of your house. It is primarily because of her chart. Her horoscope must be having madhyam aayu. Also she must be passing through a period of Marka Graha, that is why she meet with a tragic accident.
It is not because that your house was under construction that something like this happened. Was the land house in the name of your wife. If you have any issues get a Vastu done. Also you can do a ghar ki Shuddhi before entering.
