My daughter born on 10/04/2019 7:10am at Assam Medical College – district. Dibrugarh (Assam) ,She has speach delay and does not respond also ,I have consulted ENT doctors here ears are good but doesn’t speak , previously c speaks few words but now not at all

Sir my daughter was born on 26 jun 2019, 7.16 pm in Oslo, Norway. She has been diagnosed with autism, and we have started with hwr therapy also. What do you think about when she will be able to speak?
