My Daughter was on 10-4-2020 at 17:00 in Rawalpindi Pakistan. I want to know about her health, education. She says only few sounds

Your daughter is born in Virgo ascendant. She will be methodical. Takes limited food. Practical and intelligent. She feels shy in presence of others.
Her lagna sub lord Venus is in the star of Moon in 2nd house and sub of Mars (lord of 3rd and 8th – both are life giving houses) in 5th. Life giver Saturn is in exact trine aspect to lagna. Her life is good.
Her 2nd cusp (house of speech) sub lord Sun is in the 7th (watery sign). Sun is in the star of Mercury (watery sign) in 6th house and sub of Jupiter in Capricorn sign with Saturn. So her speech will be less and moderate Once if she starts speaking it will be at length and later keeps silent. So you don’t worry.
In Saturn dasa Sun periods (Bhukti or Sun antara) she may be taken to hospital, i.e 16-10-2024 to 09-02-2025. Again in 9-5-2033 to 21-4-2034. It would not be dangerous.

Hi,
A quick look at your daughter’s birth-chart shows Lagna Lord and Karaka for communication Mercury/Budha and Karaka for speech Jupiter/Guru-dev are placed in their respective Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation. But then, 2nd lord Venus/Shukra and 3rd lord Mars/Kuja are placed in their Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation. So, there seems to be some redeeming factors for speech issues (if any).
Incidentally, she was born with Moon/Chandra being placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Vishaka Nakshatra, ruled by Jupiter/Guru-dev. Since mid-2023 she has started Maha-Dasha of nasty Roga-Karaka Saturn/Shani-dev. So, Saturn/Shani-dev, Jupiter/Guru-dev (there seems to be some pent-up Karma from past) and Mars/Kuja continue to be active. And, I’m inclined to think your daughter will have bursts of anger/temper…giving an impression of being in the borderline of autism spectrum.
Given the situation, it would make sense for you to consider learning ways to keep your daughter calm.
