The lagan is Leo and Rashi is Gemini. Rahu is in the 2nd house, because of which there is a delay in speech. I do feel that by doing Rahu remedies along with taking a doctor’s advice he should be much better.

Yes that is because of Rahu as Rahu mahadasha is also going on right now. Once this period is over things will certainly improve. Meanwhile, do the Rahu remedies to get better results.
