Sir my son is 2.5 years old diagnosed with mild to moderate autistic. Be he behaves completely normal at times. I don’t understand whether he is normal child or autism. But he is not talking yet. He is having sensory issues. Can you check his kundali for speech and autism.. he was on breast milk for 1.5 years
