My son is around 4 years and having trouble speaking and day to day routine. Doctors are saying he is autistic. His DOB: 14 Feb 2021 at 11.04 AM, Bangalore. Please guide us.

Your son has started Saturn/Shani-dev’s Maha-Dasha since mid-2024. Saturn/Shani-dev is a Badha-Karaka and has activated Jupiter/Guru-dev, Venus/Shukra, Moon/Chandra, Rahu and more importantly, nasty Roga-Karaka Mercury/Budha. They are all posited in the Lunar Constellations ruled by Moon/Chandra. This has probably made the child susceptible to Envy, Evil Eye and such negative influences.
Incidentally, Mercury/Budha is Vakra or Retrograde and seems to be at loggerheads with Jupiter/Guru-dev – they are both distracted or preoccupied while participating in a Graha Yudha or Planetary war – not to mention Ketu’s influence on Mercury/Budha and the 2nd house of Speech falling in the Rahu-Ketu axis. Hence, delay/challenges in Speech and Communication – although I’m inclined to think there is a delay and not a complete denial.
Onset of Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s current transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra will contribute to some delays, resulting in unwanted stress, anxiety etc. Please consider seeking help and guidance from experienced and knowledgeable experts for suitable Vedic/Dharmic remedies.

The Lagna of your son’s chart is Mesha with Lagna lord in Lagna leading to a Ruchaka Yoga (one of the pancha maha purusha yogas). This gives a sound body. There are no aspects on the Lagna.
Moon in the 12th house aspected by Saturn and Ketu contributes to balarishta. Soon after birth, a Shanti for Moon was needed to be done. I do not know if the same was done.
The 6th house of roga belongs to Mercury. The defining nakshatra of the 6th bhava belongs to Moon. Moon rules the 2nd bhava too. It owns the 4th house and is the nakshatra lord for Saturn, Venus, Jupiter, Mercury and Rahu. Thus 6 of the 9 planets associate with rogakaraka (including Moon).
Jupiter occupies its debilitation house. Though as the 9th lord in 10th, he is a Raja yoga planet, his capacity to give good results is low. Jupiter is the lord of 22nd Drekkana and 64th Navamsa also giving it a capacity to do evil in terme of health.
Karaka for speech is Mercury. He is retro, is also the rogakaraka and is associated with Saturn.
However, Saturn in his own house in the 10th contributes to Sasa Yoga (another pancha maha purusha yoga). But he too gets debilitated in Navamsa.
The 3 remaining planets are Sun, Mars and Ketu. Mars in own house and Ketu in exaltation house are strong. Sun occupies the badhakasthana and is debilitated in Navamsa.
Child began life in the dasa of Jupiter and antara of Moon indicating health issues right from birth. Currently he is in Saturn dasa. There appears to be no possibility for reduction of affliction in the near future. Apart from speech, the chest area and the left ear may also have issues or likely to develop over time.
A Shanti for Moon and letting the child hear Vishnusahasranama daily may help a bit.

Your son lagna is in Aries at 17°36’6″ co-ruled by Mars-Venus-Mars. Mars is in lagna. Venus is signifying 11th house through Moon in 11th house. Moon is in Pisces at 0°34’48” co-ruled by Jupiter-Jupiter-Mars.
His 2nd cusp (speech) sub lord is Saturn. Saturn is signifying Moon in 11th house (labha sthana) Pisces which is a watery sign. Saturn is signifying Moon through his sub lord Rahu also. Rahu is the significator of 2nd house. As it is not connected to 8th house (defect), there won’t be autism. He will speak slowly. Saturn is a planet for slowness. Watery sign is a mute sign. Mute sign gives the sound very less. He will be reluctant to speak. So the child does not speak as you expect from a growing child.
Again Saturn gives slow and steadiness. Moon gives imagination and fastness. In the connection, Saturn hinders the movements of Moon. He will not deny, but delay things.
Defect : 8th cusp sub lord is Mercury. Mercury is connected to 11th house through Moon and 8th house through Ketu who is in 8th house. This Ketu is signifying 3, 10 houses. 3rd house is for hearing, 8th house is for sickness to hearing (3rd house – initiative to move with anybody also) i.e 6th house from 3rd house, and 10th house is 8th house from 3rd house, i.e defect , sickness to hearing. I hope because of these things the boy is unable to speak. Kindly verify these things and consult the ENT surgeon.
Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus and Sun are in 8th house from 3rd house. Even they are in 10th house all are connected to Moon in 11th house. Sun is the only planet who is in an airy sign (a voice sign).
Current dasa: Saturn-Saturn-Mercury is upto 08-05-2025. Next comes Ketu and Venus antaras which are upto 9-1-2026. So in Saturn dasa-Saturn bhukti-sun antara the boy would start speaking.
