To know the details astrologically, correct date of birth, time of birth and place of birth are needed. Without these no one can say anything. If I say the yellow gate house is yours, can that mean we can trace your house. Isn’t it. So please provide the three and ask your doubts.
For Sagittarius lagna, Sun in the lord of 9th house. 9th house signifies higher education, long journey, negotiations from other party and so on.
Mars is the lord of 5th and 12th houses. 5th house deals with romance, children, pleasurable pursuits and so on. 12th house deals with expenditure, bed comforts, going abroad and so on.
Mercury is the lord of 7th house and 10th house. Venus is the lord of 6th house and 11th house.
To interpret the chart, we see bhavas or houses and not rasis. Houses are divisions in a chart, to give certain events. Without bhava chart, how do you interpret marriage or other? If anyone who goes with Rasi can not get give correct results. Then what is the use.
If we see in your chart, placement of planets in the houses is important. Sun and other planets may be in the 8th house or in 9th house. Then the prediction varies. If you ask for marriage, Mercury is the lord of 7th house. If it is in 8th house, but in 9th Rasi, it gives disappointments (8th) through marriage (7th).
Some astrologers go by rasi and discuss. They can discuss about the nature of the planets and rasis. But it is insufficient. Please note.

For Cancer ascendant, Sun is lord of 2nd (finance). It is in 6th house(regular attendance in a job)
Mars is lord of 5th(absent from day to day attendance) and 10th (profession)
Mercury is the lord of 3rd (short distance travel) and 12th (new environment)
Venus is the lord of 4th(present place of work) and 11th house(fulfilment of desires). Now if blend we can say the person is in a job may get movement or transfer to his desired place. Mars gives the results to go on leave or deputation.
As I explained in the earlier message houses are important. Placements of planets are important. Not Rasis. It gives incorrect readings.
